Several surveys have been conducted on the theme of “space perceptions” by members of the UNIVERSEH Alliance. These studies trace the history of women, young people, countries, and other groups in space sciences and exploration. They also analyze how intersecting human relationships and social factors — such as gender, age, race, and class — have been, are, and will be influenced, challenged, and/or reinforced by space exploration. In other words, we aim to focus on the evolution of the imaginaries surrounding space activities.
