UNIVERSEH at Summer Space Festival 2023

UNIVERSEH is partner of this year's Summer Space Festival in Luxembourg City for the 5th anniversary of Luxembourg Space Agency.

Summer Space Festival was created in Lille (France) in 2020, it is a free public festival which aims to inspire the next generation of space enthusiasts, while raising awareness about the importance of space in our daily lives, to inform young people about career opportunities and promote space innovation in Belgium, North-East of France, and Luxembourg, by highlighting interregional and European collaborations.

This year, the event will take place in Luxembourg on 5 and 6 May, with the support of the Luxembourg Space Agency for their fifth anniversary. The festival will also be an opportunity for participants to meet former ESA astronauts, whose annual meeting will be held at the same time in Luxembourg.

It is going to be two days of fun, accessible and educational activities on the topic of Space & Science. The first day of the festival will be reserved for students and school groups and will notably focus on the theme of ethics in space. The second day will be open to all,  conferences and workshops of all kinds.

In addition to various workshops or meetings with real astronauts, the Summer Space Festival also has a lot of fun on the program, Enlightenment and awareness are therefore in the foreground at the Summer Space Festival, which will be held this year on May 5 and 6. The first day is reserved for students and student groups, the second day for everyone.
