Administrative staff from five of our UNIVERSEH Alliance universities took part in the Staff Week “Working in a multicultural context in the age of artificial intelligence” organized by the UNIVERSEH team of the Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf. The Staff Week was held in a hybrid format, including a preparatory online workshop called “Fit for Germany” and an on-site meeting at the Haus der Universität in the centre of Düsseldorf from June 11 to 13, 2025. Courses included intercultural team building skills, debating in English and AI for administrative purposes, among others, as well as cultural experiences, such as a city tour and dinner.
