At UNIVERSEH’s inaugural conference on 4 October 2021 in Toulouse, Manuel Bouard, representative of the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation outlined the priorities of the French government in the upcoming presidency of the EU, to stimulate the full roll-out of the “European universities” initiative.
