Information for Contributors
Participants may propose one of the following forms of contribution:
- Short presentations (10–15 minutes)
Practice-oriented inputs on didactic solutions, teaching approaches, or support structures related to EMI or EAP.
- Round-table or guided discussions
Proposals should identify a topic or question for discussion related to successes,
challenges, or open issues in EMI or EAP.
- Materials-focused sessions
Contributions should indicate concrete materials used in EMI or EAP contexts that the contributor wishes to share with others (e.g. training materials, teaching tools, guidelines, assessment instruments) and should indicate the focus of discussion (use, adaptation, challenges).
- Experience-based discussion sessions on competence certification
Contributions should describe experience with EMI or EAP competence initiatives and certification, including design, implementation, or lessons learned. Discussion questions will be inspired by the contributor’s input.
Submission guidelines:
To propose a contribution, please send an email including:
- Your name and institutional affiliation.
- The form of contribution you propose.
- A brief description of the material, topic, or experience you would like to share (100-200 words).
Additional instructions:
- Submissions should be in English.
- The proposal should be attached as a document to the email.
- In-person contributions are preferred, and submissions intended for in-person participation will be given priority.
- Contributors will be notified of acceptance by the end of April 2026.
